Avantika Pathak, MS, has recently graduated with a Doctorate of Pharmacy/MS in Regulatory Affairs. She has developed a global health perspective through her work at community clinics in India and the US and critical analytical skills through diverse research and regulatory project work spanning pharmaceutical and digital health products. She is passionate about integrating her experiences in public health, pharmacy, regulatory science, and digital health to improve patient access to novel therapeutics and healthcare.

A motivated and energetic innovator and strategist ready to tackle any business challenge. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from St. Mary’s University, San Antonio where she played collegiate soccer and developed and launched a new STEM program. She is currently pursuing an MBA at Johns Hopkins University, is a self-proclaimed microbiologist, and has several filed patents. Her extensive industry experience and learn-it-all attitude allows for a creative flow of innovative solutions to clients’ current and future challenges.

Heili is a recent graduate of Harvard University where she earned her Ed.M in Learning Design, Innovation and Technology. Passionate about strategically connecting disparate sectors and ideas, her curiosity and previous experiences enable her to leverage her business development, digital transformation and education skills when solving unique problems. Heili’s career spans both the public and private sector having worked for organizations including Canada’s Ministry of Economic Trade and Development, the Ministry of Education, Coca-Cola, the Royal Bank of Canada. Her experiences bring together her passion for innovative technologies and community service, and her ongoing active involvement at Harvard continues to expand her creative and interdisciplinary approaches leveraged at Recombinators.

Nadim founded Recombinators in 2015 after 25 years of senior industry and management consulting experience. Nadim developed a new approach to strategy and innovation, which he lectured on at Columbia Business School and has applied to help solve critical business challenges for several global iconic brands. He has also built a database of over 10,000 winning precedents, which he has used to help find innovative approaches to solve his client’s business challenges and to uncover unique insights into what it takes to win in today’s evolving markets.
